History
Built by Hubert Perren in the early 1950s, the business was later continued by his daughter, Elfriede, and is now run by the 3rd generation of the Perren Family.
Located in the middle of the world famous Bahnhofstrasse of Zermatt, we count many visitors from all over the world amoung our guests.
And so it has been for decades now, that the spirite of Matterland was able to be passed on.
Team
The Salesteam consisting of four women, advises you competently in all areas of products.
We provide information on the origin, production and matierials of each product in six languages. In addition, insider-tips can reveal the hidden local treasures. These indiviual pieces are partly produced by the saleswomen themselves or are part of tradition in the region.
